This story by local author, Tina Scotford, is about a cute little frog who sets sail for sea on a lily pad, off to search for a royal kiss from a Princess in a land far away.

Along his journey surfing the waves he encounters many sea creatures who try to foil his plans.

With a swish and a wish the frog outwits the animals to complete his journey.

Bear loved this descriptive tale and adorably illustrated story.

The cute cut outs at the back allowed us to make our own puppets and for bear to interact as I read the story.

Perfect for story time and bedtime.
